i want some :cry2: :cry2: guess i'll have to order a case... grr gonna take some major convincing to get hubby to realease his choke hold on the credit card... i swear if NG didn't save CC info for you i'd never get anymore supplies

i don't see why you and your husband would have to file jointly. alot of married couple file married but filing seperatly. no offence but you may want to find another acct. obviously this one is trying to make things as simple as possible.. but dont take my word on it never done business taxes i'd just assume since you file quarterly then you wouldn't be able to file end of year with him

ahh another reason to add to my list of why i love tins. lol. i tried jars a couple times but just couldn't get past the wet spots and frosting.. tins i only have to worry about the tops. although i did recently get 12oz jelly jars (quilted) and i poured ultra hot (i know soy no no) but they came out PERFECT. no wetspots no frosting a little funky on top but a quick blast of my heat gun and after that Perfection

website??? lol

i love how people find the need to blow smoke up people's rears in order to make a sale. If you have a good product and are honest then you'll make a sale and end up with repeat customers. there's no need to lead people on unless there is something wrong with your product

i'm so glad everyone likes them i had myself completly prepared for "what the crap is that" lol

grr see thats what we were afraid of not sure how to make the white M&P fluffy we tried a stick blender but it goes from liquid to solid in 5 seconds flat se we had to do each duck one at a time and use a fork to fluff it it... #2 is by far the hardest one but we like that one the best to just wish we could figure out an easier way to do it.. thanx guys you've pretty much sealed our fate lol
PS thanks so much for the compliments

ok me and a friend have decided to jump ffet first into M&P. and decided to start with ducks in a tub (cause there just so flippin cute) now were just trying to figure out how to make the 'bubbles' look we did three different kinds now its up to you the viewer (i know i'm corny) to help us decided. now please do not mind the water my color was off on my comp when i up loaded the pic belive it or not duck one and duck two are pretty much the exact same color duck three is a greenish blue cause the FO was yellow duck 1&2 are cotton candy (i think) and duck 3 is bubble gum (i think) i have it on the ducks but can't remember off hand.. ok no more rambling just judge the bubbles please they are all the same size just took pics from different distances.
sorry post is so long and keep in mind these were our first try

u know what if people generally have probs with it i'm not gonna bother i'd had to waste money for nothing i'll just continue how i'm going my tops never look bad i'm just worried about side frosting and wet spots
-
ohh ok i got it i was thinking in terms of heating temp. ok cool thanx
-
well thats what i was using it for to try and help stop the frosting i use 415 from NG so i figured i'd give it a shot since i'm gonna try jars. never hurts to try i just want to use the right one

soy is a very soft wax so as far as i know you can't do molds with it, their pretty much strictly containor, or tart
-
ok so i was thinking about trying out vybar when i start doing glas jars (right now i just do tins) and i looked on WSP and NG to compare prices but i got completly lost as to what vybar to use and this is why:
NG
Vybar 103 candle additive, for use with votive and pillar candles.
Vybar 260 candle additive, for use with container candles
WSP
Vybar 103 is appropriate for candle wax with a melt point GREATER than 130º F
Vybar 260 is appropriate for candle wax with a melt point LESS than 130º F
So for soy wax with a melt point of 170 according to WSP i'd use vybar 130 but according to NG i'd use vybar 260 for containers. I"M SO CONFUSED

ok so i got the test test test thing down with candle making, not i want to try my hand at b&b i want to do M&P, body sprays, lotions, stuff like that, stuff i can easily get bases for and just transform. now here is where the question lies. is the testing on stuff like that as extensive as candle making or is it more along the lines buy base add skin safe oils and skin safe dye, try it out and good to go or what?
i know these are prob stupid questions but i feel its better to ask then make the assumption that once i do what i want to do its fine, or 'test' and not know what i'm testing for i mean obviously if i break out in a hideous rash something isn't right lol thanx all

if your gonna get into the whole chemicals aspect of soy candles, i would think people should be selling them unscented. i figure there's more chemicals in the FO then the dye. so basically people are getting other people to by uncolored candles cause their "better for the air" or whatever and its actually the FO that has the most un natural stuff in it... funny i guess i just don't understand
