  1. Cool idea! I never thought of doing that. THANK YOU!
  2. If you wanted to triple wick a 4.5" candle in soy wax, what 3 small wicks would you start with?
  3. I think it would be a great seller in my opinion. I've heard it smells like YC's Summer Boardwalk.
  4. I dont sell online anymore, but I do purchase wax from online vendors and I recently ordered from a couple new to me vendors and after I got my order I wanted to place another purchase. I went back two both sellers and they closed to get caught up on orders, as it said on their websites. And then, it seems others that are not closed have a Turn around Time of a month or longer. As a consumer,...heck I dont know what I really think, I am just so bummed.
  5. I was told by a very well known fragrance supplier that a plain pumpkin without any spice would really not have much of a scent to it without a spice note. Hmmmmm! (?)
  6. What kind are they exactly? I have never had a Oxide bleed. ETS: Sorry, just seen they were liquids, I would think liquids could always have a chance at bleeding. (?)
  7. The Candlemaker Store carries one.
  8. What are some of the online payment processors besides Paypal and which do you prefer?
  9. I believe it is ALMOND RUM CAKE...Almond Rum Cake ~ A scrumptious bakery arrangement beginning with top notes ... with orange satsuma, mandarin, anise, sweet almond, spicy cinnamon and hints of ginger root. Bottom notes of rich vanilla, ground nutmeg and tonka bean.
  10. Does is have a hint scent of Corn or Cornbread,...what do you think?
  11. Where do you all get Sugar Corn Pudding FO from?
  12. Yep,..paraffin probably. She has a weird almost a plastic/rubber smell undertone in her tarts.
  13. I heard that Front Porch is not the first one to come out with this. A company called Beaux Savons Frais sells it.
  14. That's true. I don't think I would like it. Seems you would go through it to fast.
  15. Was curious if some of you blend your wax (soy & paraffin) or if you purchase a certain wax already blended? If so, what do you find you get the best throw with, your own blend or pre-blended?
  16. I was just told that she has contacted the manufacturer and just posted on FB that the SQUIRTY WAX WILL HAVE A EXPIRATION DATE of 8-12 months. That's all that had me concerned with vegetable oil being in a liquefied state during storage. Topic over!!!
  17. I was contacted by a hope huffman (a vendor) that because i posted this and she has also talked about it, some haters think she is me again. They are making me famous!!! I am not Hope Huffman but I am another vendor, can you haters guess which one? ETA: i think I could find better things to do with my time then sit and get excited over gossip and drama online.
  18. Ewwww! Well she better have insurance. I don't think this is going to be as good as people may think.
  19. I am not certain of her research as I'm sure she wouldn't tell of that anyways. The only possibility is a non-solid oil though, that doesn't take a "rocket scientist" to figure that out. Many people use other non-solidified oils in their wax to make it scoopable but yet it still stays solidified (just softer). If it hasn't been used/sold by a manufacturer I'm sure there is a reason. Just my opinion! ETA: EXPIRATION (RANCIDITY) I THINK WOULD BE A ISSUE HERE.
  20. Wouldn't vegetable oil at that volume go rancid like it does in soap? I mean wax is solidified for a reason I'm sure, if you want Squirty wax buy some Gel wax. It just seems like there would be some "precautions" in vegetable wax sitting for a period of time and then being "thrown" into the air to breath if it had gone rancid.
  21. I know what you mean! I used Blackberry Cheescake from a company that soon went OOB after buying it and I can't get that anylonger.
  22. Seems like the HT would not last as long in that as it does in a wax tart.
  23. Looks as if on her FB page a lot of people are telling her to get those patented.
