  1. I don't know, I know they say they are not recommended for smaller jars less than three inches but you could try it in a can and see what happens.
  2. I hope to add these soon to my website (www.littlecreekcandle.com).
  3. I have been testing the wood wicks from soap and things. It crackles, low flame, strong scent throw and no soot or ashes. I use an 11 oz. straight sided tumbler that is just over 3 inches wide. The wood wick size I am using is the small. I am loving it. I do have it sitting on a large candle plate but so far I have not seen any sparks. I would recommend to label how to safely use them. The wax I am using is JBN's soy blend 70/30 wax. I saw some bad reviews on soap and things but I am not having any problems with them so far. I used over an ounce of FO. I don't even trim the wick when I relight it. I will trim it the next time closer to the wax the next time to see if it crackles more but it seems fine to me the way it is.
  4. Has anyone compared the difference between the Ky 125 or the P2 Cargill votive/pillar wax? I need to make tarts that I put in cello bags and i don't want something so soft that it is messy in the bags.
  5. I will have to try the olive oil, i don't have any dpg. I see where some burn oils in electric oil burners and don't use any thing (uncut). Is that ok to do too?
  6. Thanks so much! Appreiciate the tips.

  10. well, warmed up the oven stuck it in and melted some of it to get it out. still turned out nice believe it or not, lol. The feather wax slides right out of my metal molds so going to just use feather wax instead of the starburst.
