KY's is really good in soy; I haven't tried Soycandle's MacIntosh, but several of their other scents and they are all very yummy and strong, so I guess their apple should be good as well.

Hey, this could be a fast seller here in Germany! At the moment there's a really big scandal in our country because of tons of rotten meat they've found in cold stores all across the country (partially over 4 years old!!!) So, old stinky cookie dough and rotten steaks.... No, just kidding - this is serious and I will try Lonestar's:D

The jars are square, so it would be a good idea to make round or oval labels, I guess. What do you think of ivory labels?

Thanks for your answers - I like them too -and the sealant is a good idea as well (I've thought about the scent-absorption-thing as well...makes two paranoids:grin2:). Do you have any idea what I could use as such a sealant? Maybe silicone?

I've bought such a nice rubber mold for my tarts...sorry, melts...sweet little bundt cakes. They release perfectly, but unfortunately the tops of the melts are all dull (is this the right word?) and not shiny. Can I do something to change this? Thank you!!

I simply LOVE their fo's - nothing worked in my CB135 but their oils (and KY's) did, and how they did!! These are some that are very good IMO: Gingered Pumpkin Buttercream Country Club Chocolate Almond Cookie Baked Apple Pie Cedar & Saffron (use very little fo!) Cinnamon Buns ...

No, that's not the case. I did notify her, but obviously she didn't noticed or didn't want to or whatever... she just complained and thinks she doesn't have to pay anything now. And no, I am not shipping and refunding late - this happened once, unfortunately. My inventory: well that's quite difficult, because I have about 1000 different items in my shop (not only candles but also patchwork stuff, cookie cutters, stationery...), and when ths customer ordered there was also a big sale (yeah, I get rid of all my Yank..., Village and other candle stuff - as I make my own now). So I announced in my shop that it is possible that items won't be available at the moment people order, because it's impossible to maintain an up-to-date inventory with so many articles every hour of the day (especially with two little children at home). However, things are getting better now as I don't have too many candles from other companies left to sell... Thank you for your honest post, I appreciate this!!:smiley2:

She started her complaint when she didn't have the money yet. I really understand her, but it was also quite hard to read what all the people said about me, even if they have never before heard about me. You're absolutely right with your advice to stay away from these boards - they are all so cheap there... everybody has to work so hard for their money, but this is ridiculous.... Yesterday was even more weird: I received two orders from women who wrote me separate emails telling me NOT to exchange items if the ordered ones weren't available. One of them told me she had read on another board that I am doing this without notifying customers. ?????:mad::mad: I told her that I would never do such things and if there are items in her parcel she didn't order these are free samples. Can you believe that?? I only know one customer who attacked me because of those free samples (she thought she had to pay, stupid!) and told me they look cheap and crap. And as there were one or two candles that she ordered and that weren't available anymore she decided it was my fault if I couldn't send her the entire order and that she would pay nothing for the things she received....I only could tell her that she will receive mail from my lawyer. What the hell do people think??? Sometimes I'm really speechless..
