Do you have any other strong oil suggestions from rustic in holiday fragrances,I hate to order just one sample..Thanks!
Celtic Moon Spice, Pumpkin Bread, take your pick. Never had a bad oil from them.

Aroma Haven (Rustic Escentuals)

Very beautiful and different. Great job.
-
They look nice except for the homespun tied around an aluminum pan (JMO because I don't like anything tied around a candle) and the embeds on the cake are too big, distracts from the candle. JMO

Yes, of course you can.

Cinnamon Sticks from TCS

NG or Candle Source

Oh yes, it's just like candy land here. Loads of info.
The excitement is almost unbearable at times.
-
Cinnamon Bread Pudding, Cinnamon Cider and all the ones mentioned.
I think they are having a sale soon.
-
WOW, that is really something. Great job.

Other suppliers sell wax too, try somewhere else.

Put it on a warmer and it should melt.

Hi all!
I'm making candles for my brother's wedding as favors. I was trying to think of something unique (I only do containers right now...haven't ventured into votives or pillars yet). I saw this container and thought it was very pretty. Anyone know where I can get some like it? Thanks for your thoughts!
D
That is one adorable container. If you find something similiar, can you post it? Where did you see this one?

If you do a search on any engine for self extinguishing candle, there are many claims for this out there already.
LOL
Where is your website selling these Lisa Keiffer?
-
Boy is that one fugly mold. I am suprised at Janet for even making such a thing.
-
You already paid for your computer, pay for an internet connection, so I would think you would be able to use it to your advantage. Google it for free.
Smart move though for people who can't find things on their own.
-
LOL, where did you get that FO? Bet is sells like hotcakes.
-
Those boxes are downright ugly. I wouldn't pay a plug nickel for them. Let all the high and mighty pay for them. The must have nothing else to spend their zillions on.
I agree packaging is key and I have seen some lovely things I would buy for the packaging alone, but not those things, uck!

3 pages about a heat gun.
Mystical is right. It's not rocket science. Throw it out.

Don't order from flying witch, you'll be sorry if you do.
Did you look in the fragrance finder?
-
What wax and dye are you using? You shouldn't have to buff the votives to have a nice color.
-
you are all correct. and as I stated, the size of mold/number of wicks *see subject* doesn't seem to address the actual question.
Also, as I stated, use a big enough pot to melt all the wax you will need to finish the candle. Pretty simiple, eh?
Making candles is, indeed, a science.
LOL, they all said what you originally posted. Why in the world would you not melt enough wax to complete the candle?
Indeed, a science.

I have tried glass containers on my tart warmers and found most to be too thick, scent throw isn't as good. I use little tins which makes a huge difference in the throw of the tarts.
Also the wattage of the tart warmer makes a big difference, JMO.
