Hi, Everyone i was wondering if anybody has bought from and used any of candlemakerstore fragrance oils & wax etc and if anybody can me give any advice on whats best with them. i'm wanting to try their oils out and maybe their soywax so any help i'd be greatful. Thanks

Hi, I have a customer wanting me to ship some things to italy is it hard to ship stuff to italy usps? is their any certain thing i should know etc? I've shipped to Canada but not anywhere else any help be most greatful thanks.

the price increase is wayyyy cheaper then other suppliers and you have really good oils . i know i will be buying more first of the year as well. so the increase is not a big issue cause theirs others that charge twice that with alot less quality in their oils.

well , i know mia bella claims theirs is vegtable/soy base which i looked at one and all i seen it was . is soywax and palm wax .

i love all of Bert's Fo's so far i'm with ya on the andes thin mints it's to die for . plus i've fell in love with the cappunico hazelnut and the vanilla late man i don't drink coffee but love the smell of these. Keep up the good work Bert i'll definitely be ordering more before long.

i had a show last weekend and i had the same problems some of you had. they parked mia bella booth right across from me i had to look at her shoving candles under peoples nose all day. She was so pushie man i couldn't believe how she was and me and hubby watched her do she pissed some off and she was offering drawing for free candle too. Which i'm not a pushie person i let my product speak for it's self i don't like people pressuring me into sales and i sure don't wanna do my customers that way. Bad part she had the nerve while i was on my way to the bathroom to come over at my booth and pick up one my reed diffsuers and look at it GRRR. I got revenge tho they was a woman looking at her candles and a her friend came to my booth and asked if my candles was 100% soy i said yep they are.she grab her friend by the arm and dragged her to my table right in the middle of mia bella rep sales pitch i thought that was so funny!!! One good thing tho i think they gave out a survey at this show on improvements and boy did i let them know about it . So hopefully they'll take a hint i'm hoping cause i wanna do the shownext year but i don't wanna be across from her or i'll lose it lol!!! I was so angry they do that bad part for me i was straighten my shelf and one my candles fell off and bounced then broke right in front of her table. man i was :embarasse hubby laughed his head off tho. he told i know what you was trying to you was aiming it at her i said don't tempt me LOL So now i know how you all feel about dealing with people like mia bella etc. it makes it so hard for a person that testest and makes their products the best they can and have somebody like them be a across from ya GRR. I've been doing candles etc for over 5 years started it as a hobby and for over 2 years now it's been a business and it angriers me that these companies gets in these shows . Ok i'm gonna get off my soap box LOL i can't help it i get started i don't know when to hush sorry for my post being so long.

tell me about been to two shows this year that way. The last one i had actually beg and fuss to get in cause my hubby works with me he restores and rebuilds old radios he finds like 1900 types and they fussed about it. then when i got their i seen a booth had china made pitcher and bowls that pissed me off. so i know how ya feel Dia.They fussed with me over my hubby work for 2 weeks before they let me in and i consider his craft just as important as mine my goodness he takes a old radio and makes them brand new and beautiful no differnt then us taking our supplies and making beautiful candles know what i mean ugh. i'm gonna hush and get off my soapbox LOL but i do understand where your coming from Dia. Thats why shows are suckie people just not interested in stuff they can get at flea makets and walmart and places.

This is my best advice to you i've been where you are and it is very upsetting. I'm with your friend cut your lost and run don't fool with somebody like that it's not worth the stress and expense. best policy i've found the hard way is to get the money for the order up front that way they have to stick to it . Plus being so nice and understanding and letting her change her order gets you in trouble everytime belive me i know . put a policy in place 100 min and order paid upfront non refundable also they have 2 days for changes and thats it or you can go no changes in order too. I've been where you are and have been out all the money and then they back out their ya are stuck with alot of supplies ya don't need all at once and it's a killer on inventory at end of year too LOL. hope in some way this helps i feel for you and have been their.

Natures Garden Orange Clove is strong in my suggestion in soy.

i use container soy but you can add a bit of paraffin to make them a little harder and not as greasie.

i've ordered all but christmas rumball not tired them yet but all of his fo's do good .so i'm sure these will me i thought the holidazzle smelled good oob not tried it in wax yet.

yes , i agree with everyone too, i had something like this happen. woman email me saying she pay for samples etc and i was foolish enough to believe her. well long story short she got the samples .i never received payment from that point on i learned a lesson never give samples unless they pay you up front ASAP. just forget about him if i was you not worth the time .when theirs customers out their that will pay and enjoy your products.

that's not good didn't she at least give you a chance to buy her stock or anything? i try a mix or you might try some suppliers changes the names but be the same scent also.or if you have like a small bit of it maybe a supplier can dupe it for ya.

I was wondering has anybody tried palm wax as a wickless candle i was thinking about it and was wondering if anybody had any input i've done soy but not palm i've done tarts too wouldn't it be about same throw as tarts only in a bigger container any input thanks.

if your a register customer on her site then you can sign in and see if your order been processed if you want it rushed delivery i think she has on her site ya pay 5.00 bucks for it to rushed otherwise you get yours shippied in the order it came i live like next state to her and sometimes mine takes a week and sometimes 3 days but usually if you email her and tell her your sitution she pretty reasonable to get along with on it and she does respond to her emails cause i've had her to i hope that helps some i understand your stress i've been there before . hope you get a answer soon!!

Mike , I have same problems with a 12 oz metro i wicked up and it smoked awful with csn so i know how ya feel i hate to double wick jars which i was using the glass glow wax in a 12 oz metro so far only solution i found was to double wick it. hope you good luck.
