Ooooh. Those look really good. The texture is so smooth-looking. Good job.

I thought about calling it "Miami Vice"...hehehe...because the colors reminded me of the colored T shirts that the Sonny Crockett character wore under his white suits on the show.
He-He. I really like the combo of colors. Nice job. Maybe "Fun in Miami" or Sonny's Special?" Just having fun.

Sorry about that. Yeah, that's a heartbreaker. I agree with Trish...if you're committed to your biz name, try and wait it out and backorder.

Thanks. That's where it is.

Yep, have to agree with the others. It still looks purty.

I use baby oatmeal in my lavender mint soap so I don't have to grind it.
That's a cool idea!

Ok, did another pour with the 444. Much better results on this one. Heated @ 175 added f.o. (eggnog-candlemaker's store) and poured at 150 like Jason suggested. This phase is so easy to do. Only poured one 8 oz. frosted jar and the top was beautiful...no pitts or cracking. However, since this wax is a little tricky to wick, I used a larger wick (1212) and the flame was a little too high for me inspite of cutting it a little short but about 1/2 hour later it was burning like a champ. As a matter of fact, eventhough this is a large wick, it didn't achieve quite a full melt pool after 3 hours of burning. width of jar is about 3 1/2 in...so I'll do another burn and see how it goes. The hot throw is excellent. More later.

:laugh2: I thought I was the only one to marathon burn. Yippie! I'm not alone!

Everything you need is under the heading "Soapmaking" toward the top of the first page. Both Robin and Shannon tutorials were a BIG help to me. Let us know how it goes.

Test burned the 444 @ 4 hours. Both candles gave wonderful hot throws, although I need to wick up on both containers. Burns really slow...overall I'm really impressed with this wax. More to come.

Thanks Jason. I'll pour hotter next time. I also wanted to mentioned that I did get a few jump line towards the top of the container. Couldn't figure out why. Any suggestions since I poured a little cooler?
