WOW..... guess what was in my mailbox??? Yes, FINALLY my French Lime Blossom. She answered the paypal disbute saying she had been in the hospital (for a month????) and didn't have access to her phone or a computer....AND her DH WAS supposed to notify her customer's that she was in the hospital????? Ok...whatever I'm just happy I received my order and she did throw in 2 oz of Love Spell I guess to make up for the LONG wait. :tiptoe: :tiptoe:

Correction she DOES offer USPS BUT due to the flashpoint it has to go UPS....which now is more then $11.00 to me ....

Her Ultimate Christmas is my ALL time favorite scent for year round....that being said, the price IS high BUT her shipping to me is more then $10 which to me is worse. I WISH she offered an alternate shipping option like USPS then she would have a customer for life just for the Ultimate Christmas!!! ONE candle with that scent fills my whole house!!!!

I personally spoke to her (by phone) after placing my order, which she stated at that time (12-17) that she had it and would ship it that day. As long as she had the supplies on her site she was still supposedly shipping and open. So far as a pre-buy...with whom might I ask? FYI, Beverly

I posted awhile back that I had ordered (12/17) some French Lime Blossom from Denise that I had STILL not received..... WELL I STILL haven't received it after several emails (un-answered) AND several messages left on her voice mail....soooo unfortunatedly today I had to open a paypal disbute to try to get a refund. I just don't get it, IF your running a business how do you think your reputation is going to withstand that kind of dealing...or in my case NOT???? I am SO disappointed as this was my FIRST dealings with her. Needless to say IF she does re-open I WILL NOT be ordering from her in the future!!! Well since I've never had the dup I can't say at this point except FOR SURE perfume and I would imagine lotion, body cream ect. I DID get the perfume for Christmas.....but a small bottle this time..... ..... so for sure will need the dup!!! Your most welcome Grumphy Girl and you know how divine the original is so yes I'm an enabler :rolleyes2 !!!

Yippy I got a sample from Tony's and it is really close to the original. I've been working with them to see if they could get a dup and now I know they can, now just have to wait on word as to..... if and when they will be adding it???? Of course I asked for the real thing for Christmas so that will tide me over. I just thought I'd share so those of you who also LOVE Jo Malone's Grapefruit scent will know whats hopefully in the works. I will post as I hear more! Another vote for Starville's Creme Brulee, it is SO yummy I re-named it Gourmet Creme Brulee!!!

Candlebuddy, I too have been buying some of my dyes from Candlechem but my last experience....not so good I bought cranberry liquid dye, at least that's what he INSISTED it was, but in my wax it was more purple/heather, needless to say the CS wasn't good at all this time around so am changing my supplier. The guy was REALLY rude to me and I've been buying from them for several years!!!!

I just had to post on one of the newer scents from The Candle Source...Cranberry Peach Cider is yummy strong at 1 oz pp in my 50/50 blend wax, you can really smell all the different notes! I also just added Hillbilly Homebrew from NG with pretty much the same results, 1 oz pp in 50/50 blend wax. I HAVE to stop adding new scents!!!! Beverly

RRD wicks can be found at Bittercreek and I think Peaks has them?? HTH, Beverly
