Don't know the brand but it's not duct tape. It's real metal with sticky, plus it cost a lot more.

It didn't work for me to cover the hole for the wick in a metal mold. Used the foil tape instead, it works great.

Have tried many but the Smell of the BNL one is my favorite.
-
Burning Love is not the same smell as the brooms. I have a lot of cinnamon's and none smells as good.

I want dupes on B&BW's Paris Amore I think it is. God that stuff is goooooooooooooood lol. It's the first Paris something of theirs they released. I think a collection of it is coming out in a week or so.
I know what you mean, I love the "first" Paris. If you ever find a dupe please let me know.

Instead of using this leftover scented wax for T-lites and using in the bottom of a tart warmer. Pour into a wicked jar and make a really neat looking candle or make Votives. Do not use scented wax inside a tart warmer. Every candle maker should know this.

I would call IGI and ask the salesman to send you a sample. That way you'll know if you'll want to switch before you order big.
-
I would say I only make single wicked in that size, don't like to double wick. So keep buying from the lady online since she makes the one she likes... I would not change for her.

The oils I have tried have been very good and most were very expensive, some were not. About the same price as SweetCakes and ScentWorks. All have great scents but cost more than most others. They also have scents I don't like so there you go...

Don't think CS Blue Spruce or Mistletoe smell like a fresh Christmas tree at all. Only smelled one like christmas tree sap and that was KY's candle supply, first Christmas tree. It changed through out the years and never smelled as good. Still haven't found one.

Yes, she just disappeared, no notice or anything.

Poke my head in.....GB 415.....out.
Poking too... GB435, it's 415 with a little cotton seed. And it's a pita... as all waxes are!

Did they sell to anyone? Just want to pick up Butter Cream and Wild Honeysuckle plus the Maple Nut Crunch. Maybe get in a co-op.

Christmas Splendor from Natures garden is the best and throws great. Also Tenn Candle Supply if you order from them.
-
Some candles will spit when the melted wax underneath pushes up to the solid surface. Does it all the time in my wax melting pot.
-
I throw mine in the washing machine with a load of towels and hot water. works great...

You could try mineral oil. Maybe at the same rate as you would have used your FO.
-
Yes I have read that before.

Candle Cocoon's Vanilla Voodoo. It's the best vanilla I have tried.
I have some of that. Are you using a vanilla stabilizer so it doesn't turn dark. That is such a nice looking bar of soap and I love vanilla.

I made it one time years ago, over 10 yrs. I remember the crock pot?, lots of alcohol ? and it took for ever. Plus it looked like crap.

I use Tahitian and Bourbon vanilla bean seeds in a couple different m&p types. The seeds do add some scent to the soap.
These bars are Vanilla Voodoo Goat's Milk with Tahitian Vanilla bean seeds.
But the beans don't give it a lot of smell, you use a FO, don't you?

Good luck on your show!
MMS has Ground Vanilla Bean Fiber in their botanicals section. I noticed it the other day and it said that it works very well in soaps and lotions, ect. So if nothing else, you might ask them how to go about using something like that.I have this stuff and there is absolutely no smell. I guess it is used just for the exfoliating value. I was hoping for smell too.
I cannot help myself. I am an empty FO bottle hoarder...

They always have a little oil clinging to the bottom and sides. I use to add a type of corncob or aroma beads or add some room and body base to the empty bottles, just to get that last little bit.
