  14. What is the deal to get the seals to stick to the jars and seal and not just go up in the caps.:embarasse
  15. WHEW! Just checked it again and its thickening up now. Now I can see how it can be jarred. I can tell this stuff is going to be a winner.
  16. Made the Bohunk scrub and did the phases, it was all easy, but then I went back and read I was supposed to whip until it got creamy:lipsrseal Is this true? I already have the sugar added, can I just lightly put my sb on the top and blend the best I can. The actual instructions never said to sb it, just stir. Oh, and how the heck do I transfer it from this huge bowl to 4 oz containers so the product is dispersed evenly? I wished I had thought of all that before I started adding together.
  17. Nice Save! Hmmm, maybe I should try that with some of my unusal batches.
  18. I swear I read somewhere bentonite was good for oily skin, so I ordered it and now am reading, thats not what I should have ordered. Oh well I guess I will be making some shaving soap this weekend.
  19. I keep reading about the phases of making lotions, but do i need to go in steps making the Bohunk scrub. I have never used ewax, cetyle alcohol, phenonip or stearic acid before and cant really find any directions on it.
  20. I think I want to try some hand wash gel to put in foamer bottles for my salon. Anyone have some favorites that make a really nice wash?
  21. I am tentatively putting a co-op together for jars, and bottles. Still working on getting the best price. The company offers black smooth or domed as well as blue, silver , gold and white lids. I would just like to know what all of you mainly use. I personally just use the black smooth lids for jars, but dont know if others colors should be considered. Also what are your types and sizes of Pet bottles/tubes that you most use? Thanks for all your help.
