  1. In an 8 oz jelly jar can you just write 8 fl oz? Or... is this unacceptable because wax is not liquid?

    Leg Wax

Do you think it would be safe to try on my eyebrows?
  3. Avery Design Pro will have the instructions to calibrate your printer. When you go to print in that program a little button will show up that says "calibrate."
  4. Calibrate your printer. This happend to me and calibration really helped.
  5. For me last year I sold a lot of: Banana Nut Bread (Peaks) Apple Pie (Peaks) Clove and Cinnamon (Derived from 2 Peaks FO) Christmas Eve (www.candlesandsupplies.com - A warm sugar cookie, with a hint of spice and a pine undertone.)
  6. What about: red clove and cinnamon... you could call it "Calente" Amish Harvest... change the name to " ohh laa laa"
  7. I bet if you sent it with a vanilla scent it would turn brown.
  8. Moo... You could call it "MOO-SSAGE" OIL.
  9. I measured a tea light and it is a little less than 1.5 inches in diameter. So I do not know but could you glue these to the bottoms of your hurricanes? You could use the lids and the bottoms both for the same thing. I am just guessing Dimensions: 1.6" width x .6" height. Case quantity: 2,500 Find these tins here..click..click... I am not sure if this is what you meant. But this is what I came up with.
  10. I think that I spend more than 300 a month on candle and B&B supplies. Good luck with your candles. You have came to the right place to become a real chandler.
  11. Your candle is fantastic!! Where do you get this "oxygen?" I have never smelled it.
  12. I have also had this problem. Sometimes, if you put tons of extra bomb material on each side of the mold, in a semi-loose manner, then press them together until the excess comes out the sides. This is what I did when That happened to me, but I am sure there is a better way!
  13. Where do you all get your dead sea salts? I need a reasonable price! And Shipping seems to cost a fortune!
  14. What about listing your favorite oils to use? Palm Kernal Oil, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil. What tools you could not live without? Stick Blender, Presto Pot, Soap Cutter and the mold my dad made me! A tool that is unecessary, but you love? Other molds besides my big loaf. Your favorite soap scent, additives, etc? Green Clover and Aloe, Orange, Love Spell (not together of course!) What about, soap cutters, bevelers, etc? Do you have one, do you want one...do you care? I use a straight soap cutter and/or a knife. Favorite web links, etc? here.
  15. I have used it with food coloring and it does not stain. You can also use B&B colors. I have not tried to sell this yet. I just heard the recipe from a friend like last week. We are all still testing. No one has been dyed yet! The ones I will sell at the up coming craft show are not going to have colors in them. Just white. I think it is prettier that way anyways! Edit to say: The friend I got this recipe from sells her body glitters with food coloring and she has never had a complaint. She uses it in her bath bombs too. Now you have me wondering if she should be doing this!
  16. I use irridescent cosmetic grade glitter. If you are going to sell it, you should get cosmetic grade glitter. You can get it here... http://shop.candlesandsupplies.com/candles/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=Candles&category%5Fname=&product%5Fid=GLIT or here http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/Product.aspx?Tab=0&CatalogID=1&GroupID=577&CatalogTitle=Soap+Making+Supplies&CategoryID=1021&CategoryName=For+MP+-+Cosmetic+Glitter If you only want to use it yourself, regualr glitter should be fine. Just keep in mind that it will not be as shimmery as cosmetic glitter!
  17. Aloe Vera Gel Cosmetic Glitter Food Coloring (optional) Container of your choice Mix Aloe gel with a few drops of food coloring. If you want your gel to be clear, then skip this step. Stir in small amounts of the glitter until it is as glittery as you want it to be.
