I know! LOL
I gel mine outside in the summer all the time.

Thank you everyone!
The 'moon' is a milk soap made in a PVC pipe. It is scented with Amber Youth Dew.
The rest is a regular CP batch colored with charcoal and scented with Amber Resin with a touch of Patchouli EO. The glittery part is colored with TKB gold mica.

Is it Castile? Is there an ingredient list on the label?

Just out of the mold
Cut...not cleaned up yet

I pre-make a 33% solution knowing that if I am using a finicky FO, I can always add to it.

How fun! Your personality comes thru in your creations, and as I said before, even your mailing materials are an extension of your beautiful soaps. I've never received such a pretty priority box...inside that is!

Just stunning!

They are just beautiful! Finally got home to my DSL and was able to actually see them! Great job!

Jeff's molds look awesome! I'm sure you will be pleased. Since soaping is now just a hobby or sideline for me, the last thing I need is another mold, but I enjoy hearing about good quality products!

Soo????? used it yet I want to use that umber that I got so badly, but I can't match it to a scent (and I'm supposed to be doing candles now lol)
Nope, not yet. I'm getting home from ISOCAN today, so maybe this week. Will post results.

Mike is the best when it comes to customer service.
I'm so glad I was able to meet him on Saturday at ISOCAN

Where do you all find the clay beads? I love the look!
TIA
Sorry, just got back here...the clay beads are from Voyageur in Canada
-
I received a soap from a friend using the vanilla stabilizer and SW's Pink Sugar.
She also added some TD and pink clay beads.
I don't think she'd mind me posting this
This is at 2 weeks

Carole is correct.
While some fragrances do lose their scent if added to too hot soap...that is not flashpoint. Most of our soaps get to higher temperatures during gel but they don't ignite.
The technical definition of flashpoint is:: the lowest temperature at which the vapor of a combustible liquid can be ignited in air
That's why flashpoint is much more important to chandlers than soapers.
edited to add: the bolding of the word flashpoint it because I did a search and copied and pasted the information which I originally posted elsewhere.

Jbren, love those colors! What scent is it?
Steph
Bottom layer is Raspberry POP color scented with SW Carolina Cascade, the top is Apple Green POP color with SW Lomaviti Lagoon. Left a little bit of white to swirl the top.
The two fragrances together (in separate layers) remind me of Salty Mariner
Nice colors, Lori! I'm liking the POP colors better than the neon though.
