I've got to give that swirl/scent combo 2 thumbs WAY up! You go girl!

Not one word comes to mind that is a worthy description of that soap. I am in awe!
Edited for bad grammar which I don't think I fixed anyway! LOL

Another vote for the second one! Very nice presentation

Any preference on best company to use for fo's with the J50.
It seems alot of you use that 4794 I just wasnt sure because it said you would have to repour and i was hoping to find one you didnt have to.
I use both j-50 and 4794 (3 yrs. now) because of the scent throw that is achieved when using quality FO's. I use alot of oils from NG, Peak, TSW. IMO...outside of quality fo's...using the correct wick is the major factor in scent throw.
Edited to add:
Stick with that 4794...it is worth the repour!

I personally would contact paypal if you paid that way, file a dispute with them and ebay. You have nothing to loose. She may not have said that it was a smoke house. But she didn't say it was either. IMO I think that is considered to have with held information she should have shared. What if you were highly allergic and had a really bad reaction.... I would give it a try, you have nothing to loose.
How assinine is that?....The seller did not mis-represent anything. BUYER'S need to inquire if such information is not stated. What she has to loose is any hint of COMMON SENSE. :rolleyes2

Amy I was not aware of what was involved in making candles so I went and pretty much bought 10 different kinds of molds and started pouring all of them. Needless to say I have problems with all of them. I did not find out about this place until it was too late. And to make matters worse, I have 5 craft shows booked starting the end of this month. And I was using Yaley wax and was not getting any scent throw so this past monday I went to Narure's Garden, which is 1h and 30 min. from my house, and bought 100 lbs. of MP145. I started testing it yesterday and as I was melting the wax there was what looked like water to me at the bottom of the pot. So I called Nature's Garden today and they don't know what is wrong with the wax so now I have to drive all the way over there to take it back:mad:. I'm very disappointed with Narure's Garden not so much because of the wax but because they don't know anything about the product they sell. And now I have over $100.00 in store credit and am forced to keeping doing business with them. So far this candle business has been very frustating and I'm afraid to keep going and not know if it will all work out and I'm afraid to give up and not know what I'm missing. So, sorry for venting and thanks for listening.
Talk about putting the cart before the horse....1 month of candlemaking and 5 craft shows booked already....and you want to blame NG for your problems? :rolleyes2 :rolleyes2

I sure wish I could get a whiff of that! Looks marvelous E.

Years ago when I started on this venture I tried both 4761 (HATED IT) AND 4794.
I still use 4794 and always will. Terrific throw when used with quality FO's and wicked correctly. Always remember that your "liquid pool" or melt pool depends on the correct wick with your wax/FO combination.

Another 1343 lover here. Tried others...don't remember which ones but it doesn't matter to me because once I mastered my rustic's with 1343, I figured why mess with success
