  2. Thanks for all of the ideas and stories I am rof. See my hubby set me up about a 10x10 room in the basemant for my scrapbooking. He said something about me splitting the room up and I told no because the wax and colors and fo could spill it would be just a mess. around here it gets in the 20's and low 30's sometimes. I can't finish my basement either hubby said it would cost too much. So I was just wondering what the consenses was.

My husband keeps threating to put me in the basement because of the mess it makes in the kitchen and there is always something in progress because I want to be sure that I am putting out a great product. SO my question is do you think it would be ok to make candles in the basement, and store my supplies down there. I live in NC and in the summer it feels pretty good down there but in the winter it can get down right cold. Would this effect my candle supplies or candles in any way to store them down there? Help please before I am sent to the hole?? :shocked2:

  5. If I open a case of jars to start a order. I go ahead and wick the whole box because the glue gun is already plugged in and that way when I start up again the wicks are already set.

  12. I am from down south and the there are none locally so I have to order all of my jars and stuff online also. The shipping is about to kill me. I am just starting out and it is so frustrating!!!!!
  13. Budge so I could use the saran wrap? I use the Bagettes from cousin Corporation. Does anyone know if that is poly or pro? It doesnt' say I bought them at a craft store if that helps.

  18. I just am wonering if I need to use the Votive blen IGI 4794 or can I use regular soy?

  20. I had a christmas tree mold that had rust in it. I cleaned it but it was still there So I just started pouring wax into it. So maybe you could take some wax and melt it and let it set up and remelt and repour a few times and see if that helps. worth a try
