  1. HI! I'm new here so I hope I'm not out of line for posting this... I do recognize many people here from the dish!

I do product photography, and I specialize in Bath and Body and Candle photos. I've worked with many small business owners from all over :)

    Thanks!

    Rebecca

Rebecca's Images are BEAUTIFUL!! She does excellent work..be sure and check out her site if you need product photos done! I see her images all over and I am very impressed! :grin2:

  2. For those of you who use light boxes or would like to use light boxes for taking your product photos I saw some at Wal-mart of all places. They were $49.95 here at our walmart and they were in the electronics section by the digital camera bags and extra batteries. Looked like a good buy so thought I would share!:wink2:

  3. Well Jen You know already that I love the site and the color scheme, I have already told you that..hehe:D Just wish it did not start your topper over again like it is...but the site looks great, very easy to navigate and its very consistant. Job Well Done Girl!

  4. I ordered from Spirit Crafts once and it took FOREVER to get my order. I never ordered from there again. I would send an e-mail warning that you are going to file a dispute with paypal and see if that grabs their attention..if not file it! I hope you get your molds or a refund. I can not stand bad customer service! Good Luck :wink2:

  5. ok, I found DIY... the only issue I have is the "country feel" I need something simplistic.....

The Great part about any of the DIY companies is that you choose how the design will look..you do not have to have a country look if you dont want it. The look and feel of the site is totally up to you.:wink2:

  6. Hi Laura, I just sent you the webset that you purchased from the Handcraft market, it is customized for use on Handcraft Market as well so if you do switch over you should have no problems at all using it. I have to say her prices are the best for website hosting and its very easy to maintain yourself.:wink2:

  7. I do not have people register with me to place and order, and personally I don't really like the places that do have me register to place an order. To me that just means I am gonna end up getting junk e-mail..lol If you have that option I think giving them the chance to make that decision themselves would be the best way to go, they they at least have the option to register or not. I do have an option on mine when they are ready to check out and fill in their info they can click a check box to have our site "remember" them for future purchases so they wont have to re enter their mailing address and all that, but its optional.

  8. I just opened a PayPal account this week. Well, I started to open one in 2005 but decided against it when they asked for my bank info. Just didn't want to do it at the time. ..and always thought of PayPal as being kinda "cheesy"....but,they still had the info I put in at the time like I had an account.

I have done the whole bank thing now and been verified.

I am trying to decide on a Standard or Pro account.

    My account says NO Balance.

If I were to buy something or send money doesn't it just come out of my bank account...the one I gave them the information for? OR do I have to place some money in the account?

Sorry, don't mean to hijack. I am very interested in hearing more about PayPal myself. It is basically NEW to me. I have never used it other than to buy something with my CC through someone that used them. Lynn, Now you have me thinking WTH have I done?

BTW, they sent me three different emails with links to "click on" to verify it was me and I was making the "changes".

Michael, it wont show your bank account balance it will only show the balance you have in your paypal account, you can use your bank to make purchases and such but the balance will only show in paypal what people pay you or what you add to it...as for the e-mails NEVER answer those..you can see in the link when it opens up the page that the address is a little off..its not just paypal.com its usually got something else in the actual url link (it looks like its http://www.paypal.com in the e-mail but once you open it and look at the address it took you to its different). When you get one of those forward it to spoof@paypal.com and never enter your information in there. To this day I have never gotten an e-mail directly from paypal about updating my information and I have used paypal for years. To protect myself from theft I opened a separate bank account and I use that one only to be linked to paypal so if someone does get ahold of my stuff there will be no money there for them from our personal bank account. The only money they would have access to is if I happen to have some in my paypal account itself. I am lucky and have never had a problem with paypal before. I would recommend changing your password often if you are worried about someone hacking into your account..and esp. change it if you have answered any e-mails that asked for it.
