I have been making candles for two years haven't started to sell them yet. I really like the melts I was thinking about just selling them but was wondering if I sell the melts do I still need insurance?

Thank you! yes frosting makes me mad too.made about 5 last week everyone of them had the frosting. Some of the candles I poured doesn't have the wet spots but most do. I will try again today..

This is what I did 1 1/2 lbs of soy Golden Brands 415 1 ounce of fragrance and Eco-4 2.5" wick. Melted wax to 180, poured fragrance at 160 . mix fragrance and wax for about 2 mins. let the wax cool until 100 then I poured in a Hex. 4oz glass container. The containers were at room temp. should I warm them before I pour my wax? The humidity was 62 percent and cloudy. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Thanks...

Thanks for the information.. thinking about going dye free. made some clamshell with white citrus fragrance with no dye they look pretty good. Made some Bluebonnet used one drop of purple dye they also look pretty good. I also made Ocean breeze clamshells they all look ok but 2 they have the white frosting on the bottom. Ravens sorry I didn't use 2lbs of soy. I used 1 1/2 lbs of soy. I will post in the Veg. forum about this.. Thanks again for your help....

Melted wax to 180, poured fragrance at 180 added dye. mix fragrance,wax and dye for about 2 mins. let the wax cool until 125 then I poured in a Hex. 4oz glass container. The humidity was 62 percent and cloudy. Can anyone tell what I did wrong? Thanks....

stupid question here. What does TCS stand for?

I have order from them before order their scent special shipping was ok for 5 2lbs bottle. shipping was quicker then i thought it would be I had to call order in because website wasn't working. I used fedex because on their website it states that the mailman doesn't pick up packages everyday

I made claimshells with 1 pound of soy wax 415 add 1 oz of fragrance two used color drops all turn out nice. Here's my questions how long do I wait before I test them? I have read on diff. sites wait at least 4 hours up to 7 days.

do you need insurance if you any sell claimshells?

Thanks. I bought some fragrance from lonestar. I would love to find cactus scent... going to make first candles this weekend wish me luck..lol
