LOL! What a great way to recycle wax!! I have my on 24/7 too. I love them. Since I haven't "mastered"wicking, this is my lazy man's way to make great candles

I just bought 2 and love them. What happens with the wax? Does it evaporate and finally disappear or does the scent just evaporate and the wax amount remains the same?

Anyone recommend any EO to put in Soy candles? I looked at WSP but then read bad reviews on them. They seem to be very reasonable.

The Scented Bean's Strawberry Shortcake is awesome!!! Smells just like Strawberry Shortcake. I have a 2 oz bottle (I ended up buy a lb it was so good). If you're interested, let me know so you can sample before plunking down big cash.

I have tried both NG's and BC's. I didn't burn them myself but was told by people that bought them that they smelled awesome. They are true Angel fans too (as am I). I made them in Soy and Soy/223 containers.

I've used both Pourette and Issaquah Candle Supply. Both worked awesome in Soy. I had more guys sniffing the votives and going "mmmmmmm!". I was shocked. -
I just have to plug the Scented Bean. She is so nice, ships fast, and is completely dedicated to her customers. My first package got lost in the mail and she replaced it for free. I have since bought a lot more from her. Her Scents are OUTSTANDING! LOVE them all! My next shopping spree...PEAKS. Everyone seems to have had great service and products from them. It's refreshing to deal with honest quality businesses.

Thank you. That helps immensley. I am really only concerned about the Karma so that's good. The others just looked so appealing! I orded some Pink Sugar from ICS as I heard so many good things about it.

I am getting ready to plunk down some cashola on: Pink Sugar, Instant Karma, and Sanguigio Orange. Can anyone comment on the company and FOs for CANDLES (specifically Soy). I know they are spendy, but they look very nice.

I guess this is for my fellow patchouli lovers. I am looking for a dupe for my favorite perfume...KARMA by Lush. I see that Scent Works has one http://store.scent-works.com/inkalkaty.html but it only mentions for BB products. Anyone used it in candles or know of another company that sells it? This is the perume ingredients: Patchouli Oil (Pogostemon cablin), Orange Oil (Citrus dulcis), Lavendin Oil (Lavendula hybrida), Pine Oil (Pinus), Lemongrass Oil (Cymbopogan flexuosus), Elemi Oil (Canarium commune), Cassie Absolute (Acacia farnesiana),

I guess I'm one that loves it. Its pretty harsh straight but blend it with lemongrass, orange, pine, and lavender and you have an awesome smell. For some reason, guys love it. I wear "LUSH"'s karma perfume and always get compliments. It's a patchouli based perfume and very strong. Again, plain patchouli is definately an aquired taste. So mix it up.

It sure is tempting to pull on some of those FO's but I'll have to go with TOP's advice. Gypsyjen, if you test some more of their FO's, can your post your results? I totally agree that you get what you pay for.

Its funny how one persons "scent" is another persons "not so much". I love love love earthy smells. I'm a patchouli hippie girl at heart. Thanks for the input. I now have a growing list of their 2 oz bottles. So fun....

I started making candles about 2 months ago. Nothing too heavy. Since then my energy has plummeted and I'm tired all the time (Oh, and I'm broke from my candle addiction....sheesh). I was having problems sleeping until I bought a respirator. I air out my house every day to get rid of any lingering soot or candle toxins. Anyone else experiencing health side effects from our obsession?
