kristymn
Haven't had a problem with shipping until my last few boxes went out... two buyers emailed me back with pictures of broken candles. One looked like someone went crazy with a sledgehammer!! How do you package your candles to insure they arrive perfect?
TallTayl
Usps/ups, etc guidelines: Double box, with at least a couple of inches of padding between outer and inner box.
kristymn
When you ship is your inside box a corrugated box as well or does a thinner candle box work?
kandlekrazy
The thinner boxes will work, especially if you use peanuts or bubble between them. What I've found works great are the boxes my glass comes in with the dividers. I take those dividers out if I only have a few candles to mail and use them between. At this time of year, everything is a rush to the carriers so more apt to have problems.
