That just annoys me. Sometimes I just want to buy one or two small amounts to sample. Of course, I know that I could spend hundreds easily, but I can't afford it. I like that Candle Cocoon will use the small flat rate box through USPS, and I was able to get quite a few 1 oz'ers in that box. Also, FYI, I noticed that MMS has free shipping on a 7 sample pack of fragrances (you can only order the sample pack with this offer, no other items), but it's a good way to try some new scents with little shipping.
