Donita
Pam is right. That works. Also after pouring in your wax....wait a few minutes then hold a color chip against the top edge for a few seconds or a minute. The color will drip down the side creating streaks. If that isn't the look you are going for there are other techniques. Search this board. There are many talented people here posting pictures for years. Good luck!Donita
puma52
Ditto Donita and if you use liquid dye do like she said, wait a few minutes .... and just when the sides are JUST barely, and I mean barely starting to show that they are starting to solidify, touch the tip of your dye bottle to the very top edge of your mold and the liquid dye will streak down the sides..... do this around the mold ....it is a beautiful effect! Good Luck!!!:smiley2:
