jackie Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 I had some safflower oil but it didn't say "high oleic" --the ingred show 10mg monounsaturated fat (of 14 total) so that is high oleic, isn't it? It's Louann brand.I was thinking of getting some sunflower and using the ingred list for the determination there to so I need to know if I'm on the right track.
