I used 12oz 444 soy wax, 10% fragrance oil ,1 dye chip. heated to 180 poured in 3'inches wide jars at 100 did test burn with CDN 14 & CDN 16 this is what I got, after three hour burn Did i do something wrong?

Mannie, the CDN 14 looks pretty good to me, but both wicks look like they are struggling a little. The lopsided burn is because the wick curls to self-trim - the side it curls toward is hotter than the other side. Twist the wicks slightly (a few revolutions) so they will burn more concentrically. I don't use your wax, but 10% is almost double the amount of FO that I use in NatureWax C3 (5.88% or 1 oz. PP). Soy wax is hard to burn anyway, so the less FO you can use and still get the scent you desire, the better off you are. I hope that you let those cure for several days before testing. Soy wax needs at least 48 hours - 5-7 days is even better. Waiting allows the FO to "marry" better with the wax and will generally have a better HT.

I think those candles look very nice for your first soy candles. :) Keep testing them all the way to the end!
