I'm thinking something in between the two you posted, in terms of logo size compared to body size.I'm still suspecting the logo might work better on top. Now that I see them side by side, I'm also liking the larger version of the product name (like in the first revision you posted). Apart from that, it's just a matter of positioning the elements on the label. Probably just logo along the top and center the product name within the remaining space below the logo.
