LeahRB
I'm going to ask anyway lol. Well, I have been making cp for a few months now and I am kind of wanting to try hp. I wanted to ask the people who make both if the fo is stronger in hp since it added after the soap has gone through saponification ( I am assuming it has gone completely through saponification). Don't get me wrong, my cp soap smells really good but I am a fragrance junkie. The stronger the better...... Just curious. Thanks!
pixie
I find I dont have to use as much FO in my hp soap as I do in my cp. The scent is definitely stronger in hp. Have fun
Stella1952
I can't say that I have noticed much difference... I do CP & CPHP and both smell wonderful. Some fragrances "stick" better than others... I have had more trouble with EOs fading than FOs, but some FOs fade, too. lsbennis
I usually only make HP but I have made some CP and at least to me it seems the fragrance is stronger in the HP and I'm thinking because of the same reasons you are. But I can't say for sure since I have not made that much CP.
LeahRB
Thank you all for your replies.:smiley2: I have noticed in cp that my floral scents seem to stick really good and smell really good on the skin. Well, I guess I'll have to give hp a go and see for myself. I love trying new things.
