Got an e-mail sying I'd be sent an e-mail shortly abput shipping cost and paying with paypal.As of so far I have not heard from them. smallwhitedogs Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 (edited) I went through this a couple months ago, ordered Rocky Mountain Pine and a few others. It took an email & a phone call, and it still was 3-4 weeks before I saw my order. The order itself was tossed in an unpadded envelope, no cushioning inside, and one of the oils was unlabeled, so I had to figure it out by the process of elimination. I have decided this is the last time I will order from her, which is unfortunate, since I LOVE Rocky Mtn. Pine. I will have to look for a replacement.
