Avery Design Pro Question

Does anyone know how to make the background of the label a solid color in avery design pro without "drawing" a shape and filling it in?

Easiest way is to open a text message. Then size it to template and them fill with color. Make sure you move it to the background otherwise all the stuff you want to see will be covered up with the color.

You can use an image as a background. If you have an image of a color just set as background

But normally you do have to make the box but instead of stretching the box you can select format and then background and then set as background

Then it will fill the entire label space for you
