Peak's Gr. Swingin Eggnog Help!

I am testing Grandma's Swingin' Eggnog in 4630 wax, 8 oz jj, and 44-32 zinc wicks. Today is the first day testing this and I'm getting a decent burn but the ht is soooo faint that I think I singed my nose hairs trying to smell it. I absolutely love the fo smell and I poured 1oz/1lb, but I'm thinking I may have to go up to 1.5. To me, it's just not cost effective to do this with so many other fo's that do great at 6% in this wax. Has anyone else found this to be a light thrower or am I doing something wrong?

I use this and it's actually quite strong cold and hot throw in my 4630. I use 1oz pp and everything else that you listed except I use 51-32s in my jars and I add UV Inhibitor. I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not, but I do get a strong throw. It's the only Eggnog fragrance I'll use. HTH!

Thanks for the response! :smiley2: I have a sampler pack of zincs so I'll try wicking up. I just really love this scent and I don't want to give up on it if there's something else to try.

this was the best smelling eggnog i have ever bought too...but it does not have a good HT in my 415..I sure wish it did..i lov it OOB

I hear ya! My whole house smelled yummy when I poured it. It smells so spot on to the real thing OOB.
