RetroMetroChic
What do yo say to that? I mean some suppliers state this but many of mine do not state at all aka Backwoods site I don't see it, I'm sure many others. I'm stumped on how to answer this question
Wildcrafter
Ask your supplier. If they don't know, or won't say, then I would not do business with them. Ethically speaking, I find that it is of utmost importance to know exactly what is in every single one of my products so that I can honestly share the information with my customers. I don't have to give them my formula, but the ingredients, yes.
CareBear
The answer is that you don't know and you will get the information and get back to the customer. THEN FOLLOW UP.When you reply to the customer, be specific. Say that tarts fragranced with X, Y, and Z are free of phthalates, but 1, 2, and 3 may contain them.
