I have been trying to stay up to date on this topic, as I am using it in a position paper for my law class. I called one of my BFF's today regarding the matter, as her husband, Kurt Damrow is the Republican candidate for 84th district House Representative here in MI. They emailed me a link to a petition, and Kurt is going to make some calls to some colleagues in Lansing today to inform them of the problems this act will create.
