pamperme
Has anyone used NG's Indian Sandalwood? what do you think? ...and how is it different from regular sandalwood? I need to choose one but not sure if I should go with this one or the plain one.
Tomara
I made incense with it. It is very nice. Has a light powdery tone to it. I am looking forward to trying it in candles and soap.
ChrisR
For the best Indian Sandalwood try Cybilla's Indian Sandalwood, sold at Bramble Berry. The throw at 1/2 oz./lb in candles is very strong and in soap and lotion it's killer and sticks forever!!
Debra Phelps
I love MCs sandlewood and patchouli. It is really strong and very true.
Shar
I love MCs sandlewood and patchouli. It is really strong and very true.I too like MC's Patchouli, Debra. Great in my cp soap, and glad you recommend their sandalwood, I'll have to add it to my next order. I have almost used up my stash from Bert's Heaven Scents and have been blending it with Cierra candles version.I haven't tried any of the NG Sandalwoods but I do use Dragon's Blood from there. lovemylabs
We carried NG's Indian Sandalwood and it didn't really move that well for us (HP Soap)...it was just ok. So we picked up Hawaiian Sandalwood from Tradewinds and like it alot more. Just started soaping with it and see how it moves...so far so good

ChrisR
I don't know. When I found they were gonna reformulate, I bought 5 lbs., so that will last me forever LOL!! I need to order some Champagne when I gets back in stock, so I'll get a sample of the Indian Sandalwood, test it and keep you posted.
