Andee
Cool, dry place. I don't recommend the refrigerator UNLESS you have a very warm house AND you can guarantee that food items are low in odor (don't store with cabbage or onions). We recommend that you use them up within a year. This way you have fresh material all the time.Andeeblog.thesage.com Edited February 8, 2010 by Andee
*Dee*
thanks i do have a warm house i generally keep it at 75-80 cuz i hate being cold. but i have a door that goes into my pantry (which is the back enterance way to the house) so i can close that and it keeps the heat out so it will stay about 60 degrees in there. which is where i keep all my FO's. im sure i can clean off a shelve just for the butters lol
