lou lou
I just received a package that weighed 27 lbs, but the invoice said it weighed 64 lbs. I double checked it on my scale and it is exactly 27 lbs. My question is, is it right to over charge that much for shipping. I usually do not pay a lot of attention to that, but just lately I have noticed a lot of really high charges on shipping. And the shipping was really high on gift bags, It was either 40 or 60.00 i will have to double check and see exactly what it was. Is anyone else noticing this? Candybee
Who overcharged you? Did you contact them to work it out? I would call them. You should get some money back or have it credited to your account. I also think they should know they overcharged you. If they are not willing to make things right I would not order from them again.
