gcfanca005
I know some do not like boxes but these are pretty cute, and can give you quite a few ideas.http://www.bayleysboxes.com/soap%20box.html
adillenal
I tried using boxes for a more expensive soap line. Didn't work for me. My customers seemed to think they were paying more for the box, not the soap. Back to shrinkwrap and colorul labels.
CibariaSoapSupply
Packaging seems to make the product, but I'm noticing when it comes to soap, it's so very different. Unless you're buying something uber high-end, it doesn't seem to go over so well for some reason. I love designing the packaging though. And, those are cute boxes! gcfanca005
Hm, I see, so saran wrap should just work find or those shrink bags?
IndulgentCreations
Go to Uline.com and order a roll of shrink tubing. It's way cheaper and I sit while watching TV and cut them to fit my bars. I can get about 1000 per roll.
beekeeper_sd
I have had much better luck selling my soap since packaging it in boxes that I designed myself (actually my son designed them with my imput).

CibariaSoapSupply
Perhaps packaging preferences vary by who you are selling to. I'd advise having your customers taking a small survey (via email, or something you can mail to them), and ask a few questions as to if they'd like to see packaging on their soap, if so, do they like boxes... and so on. The uline idea is also a great one. It's very cost efficient.Good luck!
