WillowBoo Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 Has anyone had any trouble with their orders with Scentsations?I made a small order last week (early), they acknowleged receipt of it. I emailed them twice and even called and left a message after a few days to see when the item I ordered would be shipped. They haven't got back to me. Are they always this inefficient? Hopefully, they will get back to you this week... they might have had some family emergency, etc. Sometimes stuff DOES happen... Good luck! blahblahblah Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 I have ordered from them twice and it takes about a week, I order other supplies from companies farther away at the same time and they always get here 1-3 days sooner than the scentsations order.
