I purchased a turkey fryer from a member here awhile back and finally got enough nerve to fire it up last night. Previously I"ve been using presto pots. OMG, I don't know how I lived without this thing. I can't believe how much time and mess this saves me. I really appreciate everyone's helpfulness here.
