pillow box packaging

Where can I buy these types of boxes? I realize that they would ship flat then I would fold them into shape. Here is link from someone else's website--I do not plan to use these for the same purpose. ETA: for a good price with no min.

I package my sample soaps in pillow boxes and have bought them from Nashville Wraps and Papermart.
