Flat plastic lids -- coverings

Do you know where you can get the flat plastic lids? Not the rolly polly lids but the ones without the lip that you can put over the top of the wax on jars that do not come with lids and that are not straight at the top. They come either with one hole or two holes -- you put the wicks through them. I have no idea where to get these. Thanks!

Thanks. Those look great! The only thing is I need the small ones for tumbler type size or the small hurricane size or the large votive holders. That is a similiar thing. Thanks again. I am glad to know they have those. I wonder if the candle companies that have just a flat piece of plastic with one hole or two, have them specially made for them. Thanks again!
