Where to find column molds for embeds?

I'm hoping to try my hand at doing MP soap in a log mold, and hoping to use some column molds for embeds. The problem is, I seem to be having a hard time finding a wide selection of column molds. The places I've checked out tend to have the same three or four or five column molds, and none of those are exactly what I was hoping for. Any suggestions?

I have, and I only see three there - animal, diamond and pear. None of those particularly appealed to me, so I was hoping to find out if anyplace has a wider selection.

Heck the actual name escapes me, but there's a place like Go Planet or something like that which deals with soaping supplies. Maybe they'd have something. Wish I could remember the dang name though.

This it?

I see where they have the tube molds but not for the shaped inserts. I'd sure like to find a source for these, too.

I saw that site, and the page for tube molds says this:

"Molds are designed for use with our colorful column (vertical) soap embeds/inserts."

So where are their column soap embeds/inserts? I must be missing those.

ETA: Just found this on the clearance page:

"We have discontinued our ready-made embeds and are selling off these vertical column molds."

They've got two left - a cross and a paisley. Still not exactly what I was hoping for. Dang it.

bunkie, I also went searching for column molds. All I found was a daisy, heart & star from Jody's. Wish there was some other fab shapes but I haven't found any.

broaden your search .... search for baking tubes for decorative breads & cakes and see what you come up with. I haven't looked for quite some time, but back when I was considered this, I found several fun shaped. I have probably a dozen column molds, mostly plastic and 1 or 2 metal that I ended up boxing up and literally never use, but for the life of me I can't remember where I bought them so you could look there. I have a crescent moon, star, a couple different sized flowers & butterflies, and I don't really even remember what else.

Also check for clay molds ~ maybe even raid your kids playdoh tub if you have one, they used to make really cool playdoh tube shapes LOL
