JudyN
If I'm doing layers making a rustic can I put the candle in the fridge so it cools faster or does it need to cool slowly at room temp?
eugenia
Do not put it in the fridge or you will lose the stearic. It will stick to the mold. Cool on the counter and do not unmold until completely cooled. Next day is best.e
JudyN
How do I make the layers looked draped. I thought I saw a post yesterday about using a spoon - the problem is my mold is big and to get a spoon on the bottom layer is hard - can you help???? Scented
Draped layer instructions are to the left under techniques and ideas. That is far different than the spoon. You are confusing techniques To drap a layer, read those instructions, but basically it's tilting the mold around with wax in it.
JudyN
I wanted it to look like waves - I found your post. We'll see if it turns out. It doesn't seem like the little indents I'm making will make that much difference but I'm excited to see how it turns out.
