The neons don't have the sparkles that the pop do, but the pops don't really have the range of brightness of the neons ... though they might if you used more than 1/2 t, but I have both and like having both. I haven't experimented really. The recent neon I made is for guys, but I was tempted to give them sparklies It'll be later tonight when I post. Trying to remember what colors I used, but I think it was just the red, yellow and purple. Something looked slightly pink out of all of it ... eeks!
