Alycia
So the other day i registered my domain name for my candle website at godaddy.com (i am no where near selling yet, but i wanted to ensure my name would be, well...mine ) i know now i need to find a host, and was wondering what everyone recommends. what is a good deal? how much space is needed for selling a few products and having a shopping cart? and how much is a good price to pay monthly? is transferring my domain over to the host going to be easy or difficult? the only thing i know that i want for sure are templates, as i am html illiterate!any other advice or tips for starting up a website are welcomed!thanks guys alycia
sudsnwicks
Alycia, for hosting I have been using godaddy and have been satisfied with it. I use their economy plan which is $3.95 a month. I felt this is a good deal and the space provided has been sufficient for the few products I sell plus shopping cart. I am not sure what templates they offer though, as I did my site myself. Linnyeg
I use godaddy to host my site and have never had a problem. I use their economy hosting as well, it's great for me! I also used a template but I searched google for free templates..
