If your customers are buying.....then a big giant high five to you. Everything we do in life is subjective. As a famous person once said...."You can't please all of the people all of the time"......some people like Jeeps and some like Hummers. Big difference. I do like yours because it looks soft and pretty and if that works for you, go for it. Customers also know what they like and don't like. When I go to a website, I'm looking to get the same shopping experience that I do when I visit a store. I like sophistication and elegance--you have hit the mark for me. You have done a very good job. Some folks shop at JC Penney's and some shop at Macy's. Both very good stores but with a different ambiance.
