Anna Posted October 25, 2005 Share Posted October 25, 2005 great sevice,I mailed my wick setter,and jar back to the co,to be sized to fit my jar.revieved it back,and wasn't happy with it.I emailed Robert,and he called me to get the right wick placement for the jar.He is going to make me a new one with no charge.That is great sevice!
