SOAPFREAK
I used Soap silly orange yesterday and used a bunch to achieve it and of course it's not orange when cut. I was thinking about trying Celestial colorants and wondered if regular users say they are tried and true reliable. Thanks for your help. Angel91805
Yup! They sure are! They may turn funky colors during saponification (my green turned BRIGHT orange), but when they cool down, they are true to form. If your FO darkens, it will darken the color a bit. I'm looking on my computer now...I have an orange soap....but I can't find the picture...Donna
mystical_angel1219
Yes, they are true colors.I'll caution you to really stir them well, before adding extra colorant. Been there, done that. My soap was almost purplish-black. TKB has some dye free, basic color, high pH mica- specifically for CP soap, they are called POP micas. Awesome in soap, and very affordable on shipping. I think the sampler pack is 9.00.
