I've always been wanting to do a really nice kitchen coffee scrubby bar and today I've made a "small 10 lb" test batch. LOL My small batches never end up just for me. :laugh2:

The goal of this recipe was to use rice bran oil instead of olive oil.

The "luxury" oils will push this one a bit over the top. :wink2:

The Scrubby Bar!

Base Oils:

Coconut Oil 35 oz

Palm Oil 19 oz

Kpangnan Butter (Pai-Nya) 20 oz

Rice Bran Oil 40 oz

Avocado Oil 15 oz

Additives:

Tussah Silk Fibers 2 tbsp

Sandalwood FO 3 oz.

Black Coffee FO 3 oz.

Brambleberry's Vanilla Select FO. 3 oz.

*AWESOME BLEND! Yummy and Sensual.

used spent Kicking Horse coffee grains for scrubbies approx. 1 cup per just over a 10 lb. batch

Lye discount: 5 %

Lye needed: 18.21 oz

Water discount: 20 %

Water needed: 35.72 oz (Use COLD brewed coffee as your water if you like) I did
