HeavenScentU Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 If you have a paper shredder you can make your own. Just buy whatever color of paper you want and shred it. I would either use tissue paper or colored printer paper. I am cheapo so that is what I would do. Not sure how to do the crinkle paper, but I think you have to do that before you shred.
