Where they actually make it in a facility under sterile conditions?? Where you wouldn't have to order a semi load but could order a pallet of your custom (your own recipe) base done in gallon jugs ready to scent and package into lotion bottles? Just checking out different options but have no idea where to start!Also where can you send a base to have it tested to make sure it is stable??TIA for any and all help!
