country creek Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 I purchased an electric candle from ABC b/c I liked the way it looked and I like to try and imitate new things but I am really puzzled on this one....it looks as if they have a pillar inside and have coated the outside with frosting.Since I have only made the traditional ones I have no clue how to do this one.
