Soja
I was going thru the old forum, Aug. 18 and 19 2003. There are 2 entries called, "Astrolite F3 Rounds" and "Astrolite F3 Square". The patterns of the wax are beautiful so I tried to find Astrolite F3. Astrolite is around but no F3.Can anyone enlighten me on the info on this patterning or the wax?I finally ordered my supplies (for those who know, I'm starting again after 20 years) so while I wait, I'm looking at all the old pics getting ideas.Thanks.Soja

Henryk
Those are great pillars. Actually, to me they look like they are Astorlite PQ ("Pillar Quartz") - here's one I did - you can see the pattern is the same.
Henryk
The feathering wax, Astorlite F, looks like this. (This is actually Candlewic's Palm 3 which gives you the same effect). (I did some tests on wicking that here if you are interested: http://www.candletech.com/cgi-local/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=veggiewax;action=display;num=1109546860;start= )HTH
Soja
Thank you all for sharing. The effect of this wax is beautiful and I'll try is as soon as I get some 'regular' candle making back under my belt.Soja
