Making Home Fragrance oils

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if there is a way to make home fragrance oils? Like they sell in the stores where you put a few drops in the burner, I thought I saw a recipe for it a while back but now not even sure I did or not!

Is there a way to mix FO with something to make some and put in dropper bottles?

TIA

Dipropylene Glycol (commonly known as DPG)

A colorless, odorless, cosmetic grade liquid.

Mix with fragrance oil to make incense! Also works for making

your own Liquid Potpourri for use in simmering pots, light bulb

rings, and refreshing dry potpourri!

Incense Instruction Sheet

Potpourri Instruction Sheet

Note: This item is skin safe. INCI name: Dipropylene Glycol

It can be used in a wide variety of formulations including

* Roll on perfumes

* Lotions & creams

* Deodorants & antiperspirants

* Bath & shower products

* Hair care & shaving products

(excerpt from www.bittercreek.com) I'll see if I can find the online store that has a base and give you the link for that too.
